These are services. You cancel under the rules below. They match the terms of service.

• Live sessions: reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation with less notice, or a no-show, counts as a completed session.
• Game reviews: cancel before I start and you get a full refund. Once I have started, the review is delivered and the fee is earned. There is no refund after a review is delivered.
• Localization and writing work: the quote names the milestones. Work already delivered is paid. Work not yet started is refunded.
• If I cancel: when I have to cancel a session or can’t deliver, you choose between a new date and a full refund of that session or review.

Refunds go back through the same payment method within 14 days.
